Guitar Lessons

After a long break from teaching (which was my full time job back in the day…), I am again offering electric guitar lessons.

I will be concentrating on technique, music theory (as it applies to rock and blues), and tone production.

Technique – fretting hand. Lead and rhythm.

Technique – picking hand. Lead and rhythm.

Technique – hand synchronisation.

Music theory – Modes, playing over changes, Blues theory.

Tone production – how to get the best tone with your guitar/amp set up.

I am looking for fairly advanced pupils, who want to improve their playing, and are willing to put the required work in!

Over the years, I have developed many exercises, which have proven to improve various aspects of technique.
